Detailed Description

When a layer is on, inside the composition's loop.

Both startMs and endMs zero means "always on". An endMs at or before startMs runs across the loop point. Two layers with overlapping windows and matching fades are a crossfade; there is no separate crossfade mechanism to learn.

A window that starts at or past the loop point never opens, and one that ends past it ends at it - which is where a loop shortened after its layers were placed leaves them.
